EMDR Session
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy designed to help you process and heal from trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and distressing life experiences. Many people carry negative beliefs rooted in past experiences, such as:
"I'm not good enough."
"I can't trust anyone."
"I'm not safe."
"I'm powerless."
“I’m damaged.”
"I don't deserve happiness."
EMDR works by reprocessing these deeply held beliefs, helping you replace them with healthier, more empowering truths. By targeting unresolved memories and experiences, EMDR helps reduce emotional distress and negative thought patterns—allowing you to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Cancer Support Therapy
I SEE YOU. I'VE BEEN THERE TOO.
Cancer changes everything, doesn't it? One diagnosis, and suddenly the ground beneath you feels different. Your body, your emotions, your faith, your future—it all shifts.
Whether you're newly diagnosed and feeling overwhelmed, in the middle of treatment and running on empty, or trying to figure out who you are after cancer, please know this: you don't have to carry this alone.
I'm a therapist, yes—but I'm also someone who's been exactly where you are. I've heard the diagnosis, felt the fear, endured the surgery, and pushed through radiation and chemotherapy. I know what it's like when the people around you mean well but just can't quite understand.
That's why I do this work. Not just because I'm trained for it, but because I've lived it. This isn't just my profession—it's my calling, born from my own journey.
What Our clients say:
After my first session, I feel like I was able to freely talk and be heard. I did not feel judged or pressured. I was very nervous going into the session, because this is my first time doing therapy. I feel a sense of excitement (weirdly) to work on myself and be a better version of me while having sessions with Mrs. Williams.
— Verified client, age 18-24
I was referred to Courtney from a fellow colleague and I am so grateful for the recommendation. She has been a blessing in taking my past traumas and identifying how it has caused me to have certain patterns and feelings throughout my life and in my relationships. She is helping me process those feelings and emotions. She provides homework each week which has been helpful in identifying areas that should be addressed. I look forward to this process and seeing her at every appointment.
— Verified client, age 35-44
She takes the time to really listen and get to know her patients. She's very open minded and I feel comfortable talking to her about anything. That's really saying something for me. She's very good with first responder issues.
