Session rates & same-day savings
Clients who pay in full on the day of service qualify for our reduced Same-Day Self-Pay Rate. We accept credit/debit card, HSA/FSA, and cash.

What you need to know
We believe in full transparency. Here are our standard billing policies so there are never any surprises.
In compliance with the No Surprises Act (effective January 1, 2022), you have federal protections against unexpected billing, including the right to receive notice when seeing an out-of-network provider. Learn more about your rights →
Payment is requested at the time of your session. If an outstanding balance remains, we may need to pause scheduling. A $10 administrative fee may apply to balances over 30 days. We’re always happy to discuss a payment plan if needed.
We’re happy to provide copies of your records. There is a $2.00 per page processing fee, payable in full before records are released. Any outstanding balance must be settled first. We’ll process your request as quickly as possible.
We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or late cancellations are subject to a $110 fee. Emergencies happen — please reach out as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to work with you.
