Registered Intern Clinicians
RMHCI · RCSWI · RMFTIWe welcome master's-level graduates in mental health counseling, social work, or marriage & family therapy who are pursuing licensure in Florida. Our training model is designed to help you build confidence and competence in a real-world clinical setting — with genuine support every step of the way.
What we offer- Direct clinical experience with children, adolescents, and adults

- Weekly supervision by Florida-approved qualified supervisors
- Hands-on training in assessment, treatment planning, and documentation
- Exposure to trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues

- Recently graduated or within 6 months of completing a master's-level clinical program
- Eligible for Florida Registered Intern status (RMHCI, RCSWI, or RMFTI)
- Professional, compassionate, and genuinely eager to learn
- Open to feedback, collaboration, and a trauma-informed approach
Applicants must be eligible for registration with the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling before beginning supervised work.
LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
