Why Clinicians Choose Us

A practice that invests in its people

We're building something different — a team-based practice where clinicians are supported, heard, and genuinely valued.

🤝

Collaborative Culture

No silos, no isolation. We encourage connection, shared learning, and a team spirit that makes the hard days easier and the good days even better.

🌱

Your Growth Matters Here

We actively invest in the professional and personal development of our clinicians — through supervision, training opportunities, and space to pursue what you're passionate about.

📋

Admin Off Your Plate

Full billing and administrative support means you spend your energy doing clinical work — not chasing insurance claims or managing paperwork.

📍

Meaningful Community Impact

We serve rural and underserved communities in the Suwannee area. The work is real, the need is clear, and the difference you make is tangible.

Flexible Scheduling

Hybrid in-person and telehealth options, flexible hours, and an environment built around sustainable caseloads — because a burned-out clinician can't do their best work.

🎙️

Your Voice Matters

We're a growing practice, and the clinicians who join now help shape what it becomes. Leadership opportunities, mentorship roles, and community initiatives are available for those who want them.

Open Positions

We're hiring at both levels

Whether you're just starting your journey toward licensure or you're ready to bring your full license to a practice that values you — we want to hear from you.
