What We Offer:
Direct clinical experience with children, teens, and adults
Competitive fee-split model with bonuses and growth incentives
Weekly supervision by qualified, Florida-approved supervisors
Hands-on learning in assessment, treatment planning, and documentation
Exposure to diverse clinical issues including trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges
A warm, team-oriented setting where your growth is truly prioritized
Ideal Candidates:
Recently graduated or within 6 months of completing a master’s-level clinical program
Eligible for registration as a Florida Registered Intern (RMHCI, RCSWI, RMFTI)
Professional, compassionate, and eager to learn
Open to feedback, collaboration, and a trauma-informed lens
Note: Applicants must be eligible for registration with the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling before beginning supervised work.
Licensed Clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
Magnolia Therapy Center is expanding—and we are seeking passionate, skilled licensed clinicians to join our growing team. We offer the best of both worlds: the freedom and flexibility of private practice with the support, camaraderie, and infrastructure of a team-based setting.
What We Offer:
Flexible scheduling and optional hybrid work (telehealth and in-person)
Competitive fee-split model with bonuses and growth incentives
A steady stream of referrals with full billing and admin support
